Frequently Asked Questions

✦ How long will it take for my order to be shipped/processed?

The shipping and processing will typically take up to a week maximum after the order is placed. Please note that all orders and shipping will be handled by myself (the artist) and I do my utmost to handle every order with care!

✦ How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Canada will take between 1-2 weeks. US orders will take between 1-2 weeks. All international orders will take between 4-10 weeks. Please keep in mind that there may be extra time due to customs.

✦ What are your refund and exchange policies?

✦ Can you mark my packages at a lower price? Can you handle the customs fee?

No. Please note that your package may be held at your country's customs which may delay your delivery time, but also charge an additional customs fee. I am not responsible for customs clearance as the rules require the importer/buyer to handle these fees. I am also unable to mark any orders as a "gift" in attempts to bypass this.
